Refund Policy

Training deposits are non-refundable as the courses are individual, private classes that require us to block out the days for training. We have expenses associated with the classes and the programming of the animals used in the class.

Course fees are non-refundable if the class is cancelled within 7 days of the class as the animals have already undergone hormone treatment and the dates have been b;ocked out. 

New equipment is non-refundable as we must prepay for the equipment prior to shipment. Used equipment has a guarantee that it arrives in working condition. Refund requests for used equipment must be made within 7 days of receipt. If the equipment arrives damaged, it must be returned for replacement.
